Well, today is Labor Day. Did you know that the first Labor Day was celebrated in 1882. Yep, for 128 years, people have gotten to skip their normal day jobs, where they get paid for what they do, to stay at home and do “special projects” for free. Up north, Labor Day is also the symbolic end of summer. I moved to sunny Fort Myers 7 years ago to avoid the much too soon end of summer.
